Welcome to Soho, New York. My incredible exclusive with Douglas Elliman on my new real estate team KKBTEAM is 459 West Broadway 4N ( 3000 sq ft| 3 bedroom| 2.5 bathrooms). This classic Soho loft that has a wide open landscape. What’s amazing about this listing is that it is in the heart of SoHo. Whenever I look at an apartment – I first check out the apartment itself, and then I immediately learn about the environs. Where you live and what’s available to you is very important.
So with that being said, I decided to clue you into some of Soho’s best restaurants. Hungry? Let’s get started.
Right next store is Major Food Group’s Sadelle’s. If you are looking for the luxurious NYC classic experience this is where you go. The bagel tower is insane.
2. Lure Bar•
Everyone in NYC loves their sushi. So many places have opened for this cuisine in the area. The best of the best is Lure Bar. Not only is the fish fresh, but you feel as though you are on your own yacht. Chic.
My favorite place to grab a beer is Fanelli’s Cafe. It is a classic bar that opened back in 1847! Not only are the vibes cool downtown, but it’s an old New York staple.
4. Bar Pitti •
One my family’s favorite spots to have Italian food. It’s one of the last places in NYC to have specials written on a blackboard. Even though the decor is super understated the crowd is filled with the rich and famous. You may sit next to JLO, Kim Kardashian, or Justin Bieber.
5. Raoul’s •
The perfect date spot is right next to your apartment. Steak Frites and a glass of red – no problem. The bar scene is also classic and very cool. Don’t forget to make a reservation.
Thank you so much for joining me on my tour of some of New York’s greatest hits. Please send me your favorite places in Soho.
