Have you noticed that fashion is getting rough around the edges? Fringe is back again as a trend, showing up in jackets, bags, and skirts. Maybe we’re all feeling a bit tattered about the weather and the current geo-political issues so it’s showing up in our clothes. They do say that fashion is a barometer for what’s going on in the world.
