New year. New YOU. Not that working out is new for me but for 2017 I have decided to approach maintaining my health and wellness in a new way. Working out seems like less of a chore when you keep your fitness regiment new and exciting by finding new inventive ways to work out. I like to mix and match Soul Cycle, sprinting through SoHo (or running with taxis on 5th Ave…Ha! #tbt #RHONY) Horse back riding, skiing, or some pilates to keep my routine from getting too boring or monotonous. My oldest daughter, Sea enlisted me ask her partner in fitness crime! We spin with Sam Y and Stacy G at least twice a week. Another way I keep fitness FUN is by embracing all the amazing fitness fashion. Exploring and enjoying trends is no longer just exclusive to cocktail attire, nowadays the tight black leggings are as essential to the wardrobe as the little black dress! I find that 50% of my time is spent in workout attire so it is essential that I look chic, sporty, and sexy! I used to covet the latest Manolos and now I can’t wait for the new collection from Nike! Workout leggings required, workout optional. Just kidding! Get out there and sweat! Kkb
