The heroine of my second novel, THE SECOND COURSE, Billy Sitwell is an entrepreneur, girl about town, lover, fighter, etc. BUT first and foremost, she is a Chef. Her love language is food. Even though her humble home in New York City is lacking in size, that doesn’t stop her from having a full fledged Chef’s kitchen wedged into her pint sized space. New York City is all about high style and apartment dwellers are always looking to amp up their space. Can you imagine how impressed your friends will be when you invite them over for a seven course meal that you whipped up in your mini-kitchen? As a busy Mother on the go, the amount I can accomplish in the kitchen with limited space and limited time is quite impressive, if I do say so myself… And for those who loathe the kitchen, make it pretty and it will sweeten the experience. Perhaps, Billy can market herself as a kitchen Interior Designer? She’s always adding slashes to her job title! #goals
